At Studio Glamour Hair Salon & Restoration Center, we strive to provide a relaxing and professional environment where each client receives the highest level of care and attention. To ensure the comfort and privacy of all clients, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following policies:

1. No Children Policy

To maintain a peaceful atmosphere and ensure the safety of all clients, we do not permit children in the clinic unless they are receiving services. This allows both our clients and staff to focus fully on treatments without distraction.

2. No Extra Guests

Due to the nature of our services and to maintain a calming environment, only the individual receiving treatment may be in the treatment area. We kindly ask that all extra guests wait outside the clinic. This helps us ensure a private, personal, and focused experience for each client.

3. No Food or Beverages

To maintain a clean and hygienic environment, food and beverages are not allowed in the clinic. We provide a refreshment area where clients can enjoy a drink before or after their appointment. Please do not bring any outside food into the salon.

4. No Profanity or Inappropriate Language

We are committed to providing a professional and respectful space for everyone. Please refrain from using profanity or inappropriate language during your visit. Clients who fail to comply may be asked to leave.

5. No Soliciting

Soliciting or promoting products or services within the clinic is strictly prohibited. This ensures that our clients can focus on their treatments without any distractions or pressures.

6. Appointment Etiquette

Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time to accommodate the next client.

7. COVID-19 and Health Guidelines

We kindly request that any client who is feeling unwell or showing signs of illness reschedule their appointment. This is for the safety and well-being of our staff and clients.
